Expect 2-8 weeks for delivery, depending on the product, availability and country.

The I.A.R.T. is not responsible for delays in shipping, insurance or complaints. We act as a one-stop shopping center with all products being shipped directly from the manufacturer (all of which reside in the USA).

Personal checks held for 15 business days prior to processing order. All items may be subject to any applicable taxes or duties. Money orders cannot be accepted from Germany.

Refunds within 30 days of receipt, subject to reshipping costs and 15% restocking fee only if in new condition (no refunds on software).

Orders will not be shipped unless accompanied by the exact amount; please note item cost and shipping expenses before mailing or calling.
