in each hand. This set has a maximum weight of 21 lbs per hand
and cannot be made heavier than the 21 lb maximum weight per
hand. It replaces 7 pair or 14 fixed dumbbells that would have
a combined weight of 168 lbs. Shown with optional SportBlock/Personal

The travel bench has a
detainer pin that -- when removed from each leg -- allows the
legs to be folded for storage or travel purposes. And, keep one
pin in, allowing one leg to collapse, and you have an incline
bench. The bench also has a built-in shoulder strap which allows
the bench to be easily carried. The padding is of a dense rubberized
foam that will not rip and will take years of intense use. It
is constructed of the same 14 ga. 2" x 3" steel tubing
as the pro 2 x 3 multi bench. The entire construction has been
tested to over 500 pounds, which means a 250 pound man can use
125 pound dumbbells in complete confidence and safety. The travel
bench is an ideal piece of workout equipment for the personal
trainer on the go. $149
