snaps to any bar, distributing the bar's pressure along the entire
shoulder structure. This makes free weight and smith machine
squats, and lunges more comfortable so you can concentrate on
your intensity and form. Typical squatting places undue strain
on the cervical spine. This results in soft tissue and red blood
cell damage, thereby making inroads into your valuable recovery
