A method of working muscles, electrical stimulation has been around for several decades. Proven to fatigue muscles and produce a training effect (muscle, strength, power and endurance increases), Compex is a leader in the industry. This is how it works: When you exercise, the brain sends the order in the form of electrical currents that travel at high speed along the nerve fibers. These electrical currents excite the motor nerve, which then passes the information to the immediate surroundings of the muscle, triggering a muscle contraction.
