The Armory Forearm Developer

Return to Product Reviews

www.ArmoryInfo.com

If you like forearm training, then this is one tool you need in your arsenal. The Armory is very inexpensive and light (great for traveling and throwing in your gym bag), and yet the tension it delivers through its latex bands is so significant that it would challenge the strongest athletes (and yet very light resistance can be used for rehab purposes).

The level of fatigue can be extreme when working the forearms alternately on The Armory since as one forearm works (produces rotation of the device) the other hand grips to stabilize. And so, you perform extension and flexion in two different planes of movement (three if you decide to hold it behind your back... not shown in the instructions), as well as supination and pronation. And by working back and forth you complete several sets in very little time and with constant tension/work in the forearm muscles for a mind-blowing pump and thorough development.
