Below are two examples of of
individuals with whom Brian D. Johnston worked with for 12 weeks
each. In the first photo set at top, Debbie Woloshyn lost 19
pounds of fat and gained 4 pounds of muscle concurrently. Her
primary goal was fat loss and some "body shaping",
which transpired with both the fat loss and muscle gain. Another
four weeks would have put her in top shap. In the second photo
set at bottom, Kyle Hope, a 15-year old hockey player destined
for the NHL, wanted to gain muscle mass over the summer of 2003
and he achieved a total of 15 pounds over 12 weeks (from 160
to 175 pounds), added over one-inch to each leg, and increased
his strength by 200% in some exercises. However, he also needed
to correct a physical abnormality in his shoulder girdle (caused
