A technology
and science focused course for personal trainers, based partly
on the 20-year, 90 million dollar research and development studies
of MedX and the Medical Department at the University of Florida.
You are provided two months to complete the first stage certification,
to become a certified personal trainer, by way of a standardized
sit-down exam you can take at home. Thereafter, you are provided
twelve months to complete the in-field assignments (8 months
for your first submission recommended) to become a Master
Fitness Clinician. This advanced personal trainer certification
course involves study, integration and application of exercise
prescription, nutrition analysis and prescription, sport psychology,
technical communication (via video taped session with a client),

Course requires hands-on case study application. This course is very demanding
and should be attempted only by serious individuals who desire
to be an elite personal trainer.

models of DVD players (2+ years old) may have difficulties in
reading our DVDs, e.g., skipping or freezing. Owning a quality
or newer player will prevent such problems.
