Technical ExcellenceTechnical Excellence is a softcover manual that covers 30 key exercises in spectacular detail, clearly explaining every aspect from hand placement to spinal alignment. Most importantly, the manual explains how to apply basic mechanical concepts to other exercises. For example, the mechanics of the barbell bench press is very similar to the incline dumbbell press, decline barbell smith press, and any machine press. Once you learn proper mechanics for one movement, similar concepts then transfer to other chest pressing movements. Text also includes an introduction on proper lifting and biomechanics.
