We ship through Canada Post. For shipping charge estimates, visit Canada Post. Enter in the IART's postal code (P3A 6C1) and your Postal/Zip code, country, etc. The dimensions of the package are 12 (H) x 9 (W) x 18 (L) inches, or 31 (H) x 23 (W) x 45.75 (L) cm. It must be insured/covered for $400 (some custom and duty charges likely to be experienced in most countries). Outside North America, Email us with the desired shipping method of surface (8-12 weeks) or Xpress (9 days or less), otherwise we will ship surface parcel to keep costs minimal; Canadian and US orders will ship Expedited (about 7-9 business days).

Express Post Purolator Courier: P.O. Box numbers in the USA will ship Expedited Parcel Post. (cost is about 25% less than UPS; a fixed address is required for UPS). We cannot obtain insurance for some countries, such as Germany and countries of South America. To guarantee delivery, a courier service must be used, which can be rather costly.

Western Union: We now accept money transfers from Western Union. Once you wire the funds Western Union will provide you a code or number which must be e-mailed to us so we can retrieve the funds. Once retrieved, we will ship your package immediately.

The Fitness Library CD Collection includes shipping anywhere in the world. CDs and DVDs are not returnable due to the easy ability to download the data onto a computer.
