IART Re-Certification Requirements
The I.A.R.T. is cracking down! For over two years, we have been telling our already-certified instructors that they must submit a client case study to demonstrate continued competency and to match the standards achieved by new students who must complete a client case study as part of the certification process. There are still some who have not submitted a case study, more than 10 months past the time limit (Dec 1, 2006)! However, we're not ogres and we understand how people can be busy and even reluctant to complete this assignment. Consequently, instructors have until June 30, 2007 to submit a client case study... seven months to complete a 3-month project. There will be no exceptions and files will be closed if not completed. And considering how slow business can get around the holidays, this provides ample opportunity to get started in the development part of the case study. For details on completing a client case study, refer to the book Scientific Inquiry for Fitness Clinicians. Contact info@ExerciseCertification.com for assistance or to set up an appointment to talk.

Frank Zane and His Leg Blaster
For a taste of some free newsletters, from the man with the most complete and pleasing physique in bodybuilding history, visit http://www.FrankZane.com . The I.A.R.T. plans on purchasing Frank's Leg Blaster in the new year. This device has been around for some time, which suggests its credibility, and considering you can squat, lunge, and sissy squat with the apparatus (the best exercises for thigh growth), it likely could be one of the best lower body devices around. We'll keep you posted.
