SYNERGY 2006
This year's publication, with over 25 new articles, has two new PDF FREE downloads for your reading pleasure. The first is Phase Shift Dieting, which is based on the fact that human nutrition cycles among highs and lows of carbs, proteins, and fats. And because of metabolic and hormonal influences, it is best to eat in this manner to optimize muscle mass. Low carb diets certainly are not the way to go! Also, we have an article on Fitness Politics that deals with the issue of licensing. This freebee is available only to I.A.R.T. instructors, who need to access the private student and intructor's page.

JReps II
This is one of the most exciting projects in which The IART Personal Trainer Certification has been involved. The book is almost complete, and we're shooting the remainder of the DVD mid July. The vast amount of information found in the text will change the way you think and apply exercise, and will increase the diversity and improvisation of your zone training methodology. For those who think JReps is nothing more than 'stage reps,' or some other partial rep variable, this book/DVD combo is about to explode your view wide open! Click Here for details.

FREE CREATINE BOOK
How it's made, the scandles involved in phoney creatine concoctions, and why there is only one type of creatine to buy. This and much more in a free download report you wish you had years ago. Visit http://www.aaefx.com and look for the free download entitled Creatine: Industry Insider Secrets Revealed.

NanoGreens 10
Recently there was a comparison of supplement food products and their antioxidant content, including NanoGreens10, Via Viente, Tahitian Noni, Xango, and Sea Silver. NanoGreens10 was 5 to 70 times stronger per serving! But in case you think a few products were cherry picked as a few 'weaklings,' here are a few more.

Vibe from Eniva = 2,600 ORAC per fl. oz. serving
Young Living Berry Young Juice = 1,000 ORAC per fl. oz. serving
Himalayan Goji = 380 ORAC per fl. oz. serving
NanoGreens10 = ORAC 6,996, per serving (12 gm)

Please note that these other products do not have the NanoSorbTM technology to help maximize bioavailability. NanoGreens10 once again proven to be the best value in phyto-nutrition! To learn more or to order this incredible food supplement, visit: http://www.mybiopharmacy.com/a/1168

I.A.R.T. In ITALIAN
