IART Associate Competes
On Mar 8, Matt Brzycki (strength training author and former powerlifting competitor) competed in the 2008 Mid-Atlantic Open & Masters Indoor Track & Field Championships. He finished 3rd among men aged 50-54 in the 400 with a time of 1:05.62 (which is below the qualifying mark of 1:06.20 for the 2009 National Senior Games). His next race is probably the NJ Open and Masters Track and Field Championships in July. Congratulations and keep it up!
